As a young kid I sparked an interest for baking. I started out from helping my mom bake cookies and brownies to going off and venturing different types of baked goods and I eventually landed on cupcakes. The first thing my mom taught me in the kitchen was how to do he dishes. She claimed that it was the most valuable lesson I could ever learn in the kitchen but that ultimately resulted in me licking the spoon and bowls when my mom was done making batters. From there she helped expand my knowledge in the kitchen. I started with simple tasks like mixing the bowl and eventually  moved on to more involved tasks like measuring ingredients or multiplying recipes so that there could be a greater quantity of some of the desserts. Later on I left the kitchen away from my mom so i could expand my knowledge in the kitchen independently.

On January 1st, 2016, I founded my very first cupcake company.  Swirl Cupcakes, after saving money to buy all the necessary appliances that were needed to begin a business like the proper mixers, an outstanding oven, and dozens of cupcake pans. Decorating cupcakes easily became one of my favorite things to do. My creativity side easily took interest is the various types of frosting styles and techniques which i attempted to portray through my cupcakes. What I love most about my company is that while I do something I love, I can also help the community around me by donating the profits that I make, this is why I believe my company is far more outstanding than any other home run business. With just a bit of four and sugar, the amount of creations are endless.
